# Analytics

> Daily traffic counters, security events you can search and stream live, and Core Web Vitals measured in your visitors' browsers.

OpenWAF Analytics shows what happens at the edge for each zone: how much traffic it serves, what the firewall stopped, and how fast your pages really are for your visitors.

| View | What it shows | Dashboard |
|---|---|---|
| [Traffic](https://developers.openwaf.dev/analytics/traffic/) | Daily requests, blocked requests, bandwidth out and DNS queries. | **Analytics › Traffic** |
| [Security events](https://developers.openwaf.dev/analytics/security-events/) | Every request the WAF, rate limits and shields blocked, challenged or logged, with filters, search and a live mode. | **Analytics › Traffic** |
| [Real User Monitoring](https://developers.openwaf.dev/analytics/real-user-monitoring/) | LCP, INP, CLS, FCP and TTFB from real visits, by page, device, country and connection, with the elements that cause slow scores. | **Analytics › Real performance** |

Traffic counters and security events are always on. Real User Monitoring is **off by default** and needs no code changes: the edge injects a small script when you turn it on.
